After years of work, studying and dreaming, you're finally here- so close, yet feeling so far away from feeling like a real, live grown up counselor! Whether you are just starting you practicum/intern journey or are post-grad (woo hoo!) and ready to start your pursuit of your LPC-MHSP license, I would love to support you in an environment that fosters learning, growth and professional identity development. The training years can be scary and overwhelming- I want you to be able to look back on them as a great experience.
Who am I looking for?
This practice is focused on the treatment of trauma and the support of parents and caregivers through the challenges of perinatal period and beyond. Clients are often seeking counseling during the most vulnerable times in their lives; they deserve a therapist who is ethical, trauma-informed, committed to their own personal and professional growth and constantly seeking ​to provide the highest standard of care. If you are deeply empathetic, culturally responsive, a fierce advocate for marginalized populations, passionate about the populations described and a committed lifelong learner, then let's talk about what the next steps might look like!
